Vincent Price was revered by many film makers during and after his lifetime. Tim Burton, for example, has admitted to being obsessed with Price and even wrote the stop motion short entitled Vincent as a tribute to the horror icon. Price himself narrated the film himself. He was known for his deep, sonorous voice that no doubt led to his status as a master of the macabre.

Vincent Price married three times, producing two children, including a son, Vincent Barrett Price. This son went on to become a successful novelist, journalist and teacher, among other disciplines, and currently resides in New Mexico.
